Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days for items that are in-stock.

All orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking information will be sent when shipping label is created. During high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. If an item is out of stock, it may ship separately from another location therefore prolonging arrival time.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Zadie B’s is not responsible for delays caused by the weather, the carrier, or unforeseen circumstances.

We have no control over the time frame or delays in shipments due to carrier issues once the package has left out warehouse or store. Please email the home office at zadiebsfashions@gmail.com to report a missing or damaged package.

 

Free Shipping (Promos/Discounts)

The shipping method (First Class, Ground Advantage, or Priority) will be selected by Zadie B’s Fashions when free shipping promos/discounts are offered.  Includes shipping in the continental US only.
