The Shayla Skirt is made from a fabulous textured fabric with just a slight amount of give to it. It is fully lined, so no slip is needed. It has an elastic, fabric-enclosed, 1-inch waist and is straight-cut with seams on both sides. It comes in three gorgeous colors and pairs well with many of our beautiful tops.
